Information regarding the processing of personal data with reference to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR")



According to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and of the confidentiality obligations to which the writer is bound.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data released will be processed for all the formalities connected exclusively to the execution of the present procedure, in compliance with the legislation in force.

METHOD OF TREATMENT AND STORAGE
The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, with methods and tools, in compliance with the security measures referred to art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679, by specially appointed parties, in compliance with the provisions of articles 28 and 29 GDPR 2016/679.
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the period of retention of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the times prescribed by law.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The legislation assigns specific rights to the interested party, who, for the exercise of these rights, can apply directly to the data controller. The interested party can exercise his rights even at a later time than the one in which he has given consent, thus being able to revoke a consent already given.

The rights exercisable by the interested party are the following:

- exercise opposition to the processing in whole or in part;
- obtain the cancellation of the data held by the owner;
- obtain the update or correction of the data provided;
- request and obtain in an intelligible form the data held by the owner (right of access);
- requesting and obtaining an anonymous transformation of the data;
- request and obtain the blocking or limitation of data processed in violation of the law and those for which conservation is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing.
